Privacy
In short: numberdale.com collects no personal information from children, sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. A parent's email address, if you choose to leave one, is used only to tell you when Orb Spirits launches.
What this website counts
When the page is opened and a few buttons are used (Play free, the launch-news form, the language menu, a question in the FAQ), the browser sends a small anonymous count: what happened, the page's language, how many days since this browser first visited, how many times it has visited, and the site's version. The two visit numbers are kept by the browser on your device. There are no cookies, no accounts, no ads and no tracking across websites. Counts are kept for about three months.
What we do not collect
No names, photos, locations, contact details or identifiers from children, and no fingerprinting. Our server does not record IP addresses. (As with any website, requests pass through our host, Cloudflare, on the way to you.)
A parent's email
If you leave an email address for launch news, we keep the address and the date, use it only to write once when the full game is out, never sell or share it, and delete it whenever you ask: write to hello@numberdale.com.
Orb Spirits in the browser
Orb Spirits, in early access at orbspirits.numberdale.com, has its own short privacy page. In brief: it saves progress only on your device and sends anonymous play counts with no cookies and no identifiers. See the early access privacy page.
Children
Our games are made for children in grades 3 to 5 and never ask them for personal information. The email form is meant for parents. If you think a child entered an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Where it is kept
Anonymous counts and parents' email addresses are stored with Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine and D1).
Questions and changes
If anything here changes, we will update this page and its date. Questions: hello@numberdale.com.
